Welcome to SwiftTest, including our Florida 2-15 insurance exam prep product, "2-15 Complete" (together, the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

SwiftTest is an independent study and practice tool. It lets users paste their own questions and content to generate quizzes, flashcards, and study analytics, for any subject.

2-15 Complete is a specialized version of the Service built around a Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuity insurance license exam-preparation system, including a practice question bank, simulated exams, adaptive drills, and progress tracking.

Important: 2-15 Complete is an independent practice and study tool. It is not an approved prelicensing education course, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a substitute for the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, Pearson VUE, or any state licensing authority. Use of the Service does not guarantee that you will pass any licensing examination, and does not fulfill any state-mandated prelicensing education requirement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and, where applicable, to purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account or provide access to the Service to others outside your household without our permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing frequency (monthly, annual, or a fixed access period) are shown at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan at renewal.
  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
  • We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

  • Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests go through our support email at support@myswifttest.com.

5. Your Content

"User Content" means any material you submit to the Service, including pasted questions, answer choices, notes, or other text.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content back to you (and, where a feature is explicitly described as shared, to other users) solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. Do not paste material that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or that you do not have permission to use for personal study purposes. We do not review User Content for accuracy or rights ownership and are not responsible for it.
  • We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to your account or the Service;
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract our curated question banks, rationales, or other proprietary content for redistribution or resale;
  • Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • Use the Service to cheat on a live, proctored examination in real time.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including our curated question banks, rationales, software, design, and trademarks (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal study purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED OR AI-SUGGESTED CONTENT, IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN PASSING ANY EXAMINATION OR ACHIEVING ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION THAT MATTERS TO YOU BEFORE RELYING ON IT, PARTICULARLY REGULATORY OR LEGAL DETAILS THAT MAY CHANGE OVER TIME.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Sections 7-9) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law in your state of residence requires otherwise.
